Local test data
Quick-test progress, observations, and interface preferences may be stored in your browser using local storage. This data remains on the device and can be cleared from the quick-test result screen or browser settings.
Display information
Refresh-rate timing is calculated in the browser. Raw frame-time samples are not sent to a server by the current product.
Analytics
DisplayCheck uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-CJW3C5BLJW) to understand aggregate site usage. The Google tag sends page, browser, device, and engagement information to Google and may use cookies or similar browser storage. DisplayCheck does not intentionally include local test observations, raw frame-time samples, touch paths, or screen coordinates in analytics events. You can restrict analytics with browser privacy controls or a content blocker.
Network requests
Your browser requests the site files needed to load DisplayCheck. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request logs such as IP address, time, path, and browser information for security and reliability.
The homepage includes a collapsible collection of featured badges with images hosted by AIBoom.Tools, First Look, ToolDirs, Super Launch, Startup Fame, Next Launch, Gets.Tools, Smol Launch, NewTool.site, and Aura++. Loading those images may send standard request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to those sites. Clicking a badge opens the corresponding site in a new tab. No local test observations are included in the badge links or image URLs.
